Introduce yourself and your cause before the 1^st Wednesday of the month so that the Board of Directors can review your cause during the Board Meeting and see if any clarification is needed.
Your cause then can be presented to membership on the 3^rd Wednesday of the month for a vote.
Have a draft of the letter ready to give to our secretary.
We will then get you a letter within (ideally) 3 days after the membership meeting.

Note that July and December traditionally do not have Membership meetings held.
