MWCC Board MINUTES June 3rd 2020

The Board of Directors asks that all entities seeking a formal Letter of Support or seeking to be put on the agenda, to reach out using our contact form here on this page.

  • Introduce yourself and your cause before the 1st Wednesday of the month so that the Board of Directors can review your cause during the Board Meeting and see if any clarification is needed.
  • Your cause then can be presented to membership on the 3rd Wednesday of the month for a vote.
  • Have a draft of the letter ready to give to our secretary.
  • We will then get you a letter within (ideally) 3 days after the membership meeting.

Note that July and December traditionally do not have Membership meetings held.
